All Vireon Studios cloud services are now fully operational again.

Earlier today, our VPS provider experienced a major infrastructure issue affecting multiple nodes, including the node hosting several of our cloud services. During the outage, one of our production containers was unexpectedly deleted as part of the provider-side instability and recovery process.

Following extensive recovery work, all affected systems, APIs, and services have now been fully restored and verified as operational.

A huge thank you goes to Dan, ThatCakeChicken, Connor and Joshua for assisting throughout the recovery and restoration process.

We are continuing to monitor all infrastructure closely and will also be carrying out additional internal redundancy and backup improvements to further reduce the impact of similar provider-side incidents in future.
